In an increasingly digital world, personal health management has also evolved.

My Digital SUS

What used to depend exclusively on paper records — such as vaccination records — can now be accessed conveniently and securely in the palm of your hand. For Brazilians, this means that it is possible to track all the vaccines that you and your family have received, check dates and manufacturers, and even issue official certificates, all through free apps.

Whether for travel purposes, school enrollment, public service exams or simply to ensure your health is up to date, having quick access to your vaccination history is a current necessity. With this in mind, the Ministry of Health and other entities in the area have developed digital tools that make this process more agile, reliable and accessible to everyone.

In this article, we will present the two main applications used in Brazil for this purpose: My Digital SUS (formerly Conecte SUS) and My Vaccines (from SBIm – Brazilian Society of Immunizations). Both are available for Android and iOS, and offer features that go beyond simple vaccine consultation.

My Digital SUS (formerly Conecte SUS)

O My Digital SUS is the official Brazilian government application that centralizes various health information about citizens. It is directly connected to the Unified Health System (SUS) database, which guarantees accuracy and reliability in records.

Main functions:

  • Query all vaccines registered in the user's CPF.

  • Display of vaccine date, location, batch and manufacturer.

  • Issuance of Digital National Vaccination Card.

  • Generation of the Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate in three languages (PT, EN, ES).

  • Monitoring of exam results and medical care.

  • Information on medicines received via SUS.

  • Health Diary for personal control of symptoms and treatments.

My Vaccines (SBIm)

Developed by Brazilian Society of Immunizations (SBIm) in partnership with Pfizer, the My Vaccines is an application aimed at the public who want more personal and complete control over their own immunization.

Unlike Meu SUS Digital, it allows you to manually record vaccines administered in private clinics, which extends its use beyond the public network.

Main functions:

  • Manual vaccination record with image attachments (such as photos of the booklet).

  • Creation of individual profiles for each family member.

  • Personalized reminders for future vaccinations.

  • Access to vaccination schedules by age group and special groups (pregnant women, elderly, immunocompromised, etc.).

  • PDF generation of the digital notebook.

  • Updates with vaccination campaigns.

Who can use it?

Anyone, even if they are not linked to the SUS, as the data is entered manually. Ideal for families with vaccinations done in private clinics.
