During pre-registration, you will need to provide the CPF or NIS of a family member and confirm compliance with the requirements. After approval, a technician will contact you to schedule a visit and install the kit free of charge.<\/p>\n

The installation takes approximately one hour, during which the technician installs the antenna and digital converter, provides guidance on the use and maintenance of the equipment and disposes of the old antenna.<\/p>\n

With the kit installed, families will be able to enjoy superior image and sound quality on open TV, without the risk of losing the signal due to the implementation of 5G.<\/p>\n

Registration in Cad\u00danico<\/strong> Registration with Cad\u00danico is done in person and can be initiated in two ways: through pre-registration on the \u201cCadastro \u00danico\u201d app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or by going directly to a service point.<\/p>\n

At service points, the Family Leader must bring documents for all family members:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
